This is the most important step of all, for no house can be a real home unless those who live there hold ideals that are kind, noble, and good. Without high ideals it is easy for even the best of homes to drift apart. There must always be some things that will hold the family together, such as family worship, in which all the members may share. These happy occasions are not likely to come by accident but must be carefully planned by the parents. (more…)

The Real Meaning of Marriage, Love, Relationship, Marriage, Pheromones

Marriage has been well defined as “the first two-party system of government ever devised.” This is a good definition, for marriage was never intended to be a one-sided affair. It always takes two people to make a successful marriage, but unfortunately it takes only one, through neglect or selfishness, to spoil it.

Of all human relationships marriage is the most important. Only one other takes precedence, and that is one’s relationship to God. For this reason a person should never be tempted to enter into marriage lightly. There is far too much at stake. True marital happiness depends not only on whether the individuals are well matched, but also on whether they can associate together with enduring attention and love. In other words, they must be compatible. They must be in good physical condition, enabling them to impart strong, healthy bodies to their children; and what is more important, they must create an atmosphere of harmony and good will in the home. Marriage Internal Romantic Love Relationship Chemistry Pheromones Brings Changes of Mood

July 19, 2008 By: arlene Category: Children, Family, Life, Women No Comments →

Marriage is a merger of two different individuals. These differences are perfectly natural, some of them arising from powerful substances produced in the human body. The presence of these chemicals brings on profound changes in form and behavior, especially in the female, while in the male there may be little change from day to day. The woman is never quite the same from one day to the next. Every month she passes through what is known as her menstrual cycle. This is brought about by the ebb and flow of the chemical hormones in her blood stream. This results in a wide variation of feelings toward herself, her husband, and those around her. (more…)

The Asana

Every woman has two kinds of energy, male and female. Male energy is like the sun—invigorating, stimulating, creative, and powerful. The male postures in yoga call forth this dynamic energy and release it.

Female energy is recuperative, calming, nurturing, and gentle. The female postures are restoring to body, mind, and spirit. Yoga attempts to release male and female energies and ultimately to fuse them in union—to integrate the person.

The first four postures are male. They are done standing and they revitalize you. The last four are female and calming. In order to achieve the best balance and effect, it is best to do them in the order in which Geoffrey recommends them. (more…)

The Magic of Makeup continue…

The Products

Makeup products offer you two things: coverage, which to some extent will conceal minor flaws and blemishes in your skin, and most important, color. There are literally hundreds of different makeup products on the market. From the amount of advertising that accompanies the launch of each of them—the new wand-lipstick or foam cheek color or moisture- encapsulated powder—you would assume that to do a good job of making up her face a woman needs all of them. You don’t. In fact you need very few.

Neither do colors change a great deal from season to season, in spite of the fact that each cosmetic house brings out new autumn or spring collections. If you gather together a simple range of shades for eyes, cheeks, and lips that you know look good on you, there is no reason to replace half of them with each new season’s arrivals. Yes, there might be the new shade of fuchsia lipstick which you fancy or a new-formula foundation (foundations seem to get better and better each couple of years), but the quality of a makeup product is not dependent on its price, although the package—including the little compacts, mirrors, and applicators—is usually better the more you pay. Tips for Keeping Your SEX LIFE Alive

January 10, 2008 By: arlene Category: Health, Life, Women 5 Comments →

  1. Organize time together (during the day if you cannot go away for a weekend), relaxed and away from children and work.
  2. Have the children sleep away for a night or even spend a day with their grandparents.
  3. Get your children into an early-bedtime routine.
  4. Have an early night yourselves and take a bottle of wine with you.
  5. If you are really tired, you can still caress your partner and make him feel good even if you don’t want full sex yourself.
  6. Try to forget your responsibilities when you are alone together.
  7. Don’t get into a rut. Experiment a little with different positions and locations.
  8. Be opportunist. Don’t wait for the perfect setting or moment: enjoy quickies and then relish the times when you have longer together.
  9. Use aromatherapy or massage to relax. Bathe together.
  10. Make it obvious to your children that you are special to each other and like to be alone at times, even though you love them and enjoy being with them. They will respect your privacy if they also spend time with you.
  11. Be honest. Tell your partner what you do and don’t enjoy and he will do the same.
  12. Remember you are a woman as well as a mother.

13. Put a lock on your bedroom door.
