When I saw this skirt or the first time, I thought it could be perfect valentine gift. The red dots look like the vivid red heart. It is the best present to express love.
But the second thought, I had no idea whether it belongs to my grandma. This formal red dot skirt may suit some old fashion ladies who pretend to be more serious than how they look.
