Life and Joy, Tour Tips on Travel Alone
Lat year, I came across South Africa. It is fantastic experience. But the criminals in South Africa seem out of control.
I was experiencing a shocking scene. One guy held a gun and opened the back side door of one car which was stopping on the front of crosswalk. He took something and run away.
I still can remember the gunshot away from my hotels in the middle of night in JHB.
The wildlife views are amazing. But given the fact, last year two little farm girls were seriously attacked by hungry lions.
South African land has too much to see and explore. I have hired a local tour guide to help me along. It was quite helpful. Sometimes he would refuse to enter certain kinds of properties which he (the black guy) asserted entering a rich looking private property was life threat without a proper permit for a black guy. I wouldn’t make any kind of judge of his opinion, because I would go straight away. It turned out I haven’t got any kind of trouble maybe I was white. So the owner won’t welcome me with a gun.
So no matter where you go in Africa, be careful! If somebody tries to robber you, let your things go. It is good idea to have local companion in case you lost in the forest or jungle.
The most important is to have proper travel insurance.
