- Beware of appetite suppressants. They can be habit forming and also have a bag full of side effects. Some people believe that these remedies cause cellulite and stubborn health problems.
- Nowadays there are various remedies on the market that either prevent you from absorbing all the fat in your food or make you feel replete more quickly. Some people believe that the side effects (although harmless) are not worth it. It is your choice.
- Liposuction is also an option. At congresses in Europe and the United States specialists have boasted about the large amounts of fat they have sucked out.
Sometimes it is simply necessary to accept yourself as you are and ensure that you do not develop other risk factors that endanger your quality of life. To love yourself is more important than the dream to look like Barbie.
