Health Dieting Home-Made Yogurt Dressing
The dressing is good as a nacho dip.
a) 1/2 cup soy or eggless mayonnaise
b) 1/2 cup plain yogurt, preferably homemade
c) 1 finely mashed garlic clove
d) 1 tablespoon chili sauce or hot sauce
e) Barley malt sweetener to taste
f) lemon juice or vinegar to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix together well. As a dressing, it can be used immediately. To use as a dip, chill for at least one hour first.
